Cpwd Contractor Registration

Every Organisation or Person who wish to do Tenders of CPWD and its related associates need to Enlist his firm/company as a contractor in CPWD.

List of Class in CPWD

There are 9 classes currently in CPWD.

Class V, Class IV, Class III, Class II, Class I, Class 1A, Class 1AA, Class 1AAA, and Class 1 Super

Every class has there own tender Limit

Validity Of Registration:

• Enlistment is valid for 5 years

• Required to apply for Renewal before 6 months of Expiry

List Of Documents Required ( As per Enlistment Rule, 2023)

1. Proof of Date of Commencement of Business ( MOA,AOA, COI/Partnership Deed)

2. 3 work order (PO)which has higher value ( Should Not be Older than 5 Years from Now). ( work contract agreement with BOQ, completion certificate, Annexure-III, Final Bill, TDS deduction details (26AS), Bank Statement and certificate if any.)

3. Pan Card, Adhaar card, Photo of All Directors/partners or proprietor as the case may be.

4. Board Resolution and Authorisation letter as the case may be 

5. CA Certificate about the turnover

6. Bank Solvency certificate applicable with class or CA net worth certificate

7. GST Certificate 

8. Affidavit from 1st class magistrate ( in case of proprietor only)

9. Annexure-III

For new Graduate Engineer Degree/Diploma/Architect Only

Proprietor should have engineering degree/Diploma/Architect. 

Class will be 5 and 4,  NO WORK EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

3. GST Certificate 

4. Affidavit from 1st class magistrate ( in case of proprietor only)

5. Engineer Degree/Diploma/Architect

6. Income Certificate
